Algenon was appointed to the NAIOP National Young Professionals Forum and met with peers from around the country to tackle issues concerning young executives in the commercial real estate industry.  NAIOP subsequently appointed Algenon to their National Membership Committee to help create and implement strategies that will lead to effective recruitment and retention of members.
